What is the Wisdom Network exactly?
The Wisdom Network is a group of like-minded organisations and professionals that share knowledge, experiences, challenges and success stories in the entrepreneurial development space.

They all have a common goal: they share entrepreneurial hope with each other which is increasingly important amidst the ever-changing global markets.

How does the Wisdom Network function?
The Wisdom Network consists of various communities of practice for example: Corporates in Enterprise Development, government, academic institutions, communities and experienced entrepreneurs.

Although these sectors have different interests and challenges, our work as African Entrepreneur is to manage the knowledge-sharing process according to the needs of individuals and groups and to stimulate debate across all groups using African Entrepreneur’s various trans-media platforms.

Examples of these platforms are social media platforms, forums on African Entrepreneur’s website, journals and articles, individual research material from organisations/professionals, digital publications.

In terms of knowledge sharing, our work as African Entrepreneur entails packaging the knowledge in different platforms customised to match the group/individual’s needs.

The knowledge we share consists of life stories of South African entrepreneurs, their challenges and successes; sharing solutions to common problems amongst each other; sharing entrepreneurial leadership lessons etc.

African Entrepreneur manages this knowledge-sharing process on a continuous basis by means of continuous impact studies, individual and organisational research and ensuring the implementation of appropriate strategies obtained by the feedback we receive from people in our network.
